Curating the perfect cheese board
The art of cheese boarding is about having fun and being creative. We can help you get started by selecting a variety of cheeses – mixing different textures and flavours together with cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and crunchy elements like crackers or breadsticks.
Just add some honey, jams or olives and before you know it, you’ll be cheese boarding like a pro. Now if you don’t have time for this creative pursuit, simply order them from us (and look equally professional).

We’ve dedicated the past 20 years to the rich tapestry of fine cheese we sell with their flavours, traditions, and tall tales from the cheesemakers worldwide who have helped shape our own journey.
Say Cheese opened in Calgary’s Crossroads Market in 2004 and our mission has stayed the same: to celebrate the artistry and heritage of cheesemaking and to share these stories with our local community and customers.
