When we’re not slinging cheese in the shop, we can be found hosting cheese events across the city and curating cheese programs for local restaurants (and international airlines).

Part Houdini, part master-of-ceremonies and all cheese enthusiast. When not sharing his love of cheese, Isaac can be found hosting cheese events across the city and whittling away the wee hours working on his cheesy (some say trashy) tabloid.
